3rd cycle

please critique this cycle:

I'm 5'9", 180lbs (going up), 11%bf (going down)

First cycle was deca 400mg/week, winny 50mg/day for 6 weeks

Second cycle (currently on) is 250mg sust e3d, was kickstarted with 50mg tbol per day, now replaced with 50mg var ED.

Proposed 3rd cycle: (goals are to pack on mass while keeping bf low)

Diet is clean, with 45 min cardio 3x/week

weeks 1-10 500mg (or more??) test cyp
weeks 1-5 50mg tbol ED
weeks 4-10 300mg tren e

Liquidex .5mg EOD
Nolva on hand for gyno

HCG, nolva pct

imo idon't think the t-bol is a good idea with that particular set of compounds. up your cyp dose. it'll be ok. if you are doing 300 week of tren you need around 800 week of cyp. and drop the t-bol and save it for when you are trying to cut up. instead use drol or d-bol and i can assure you that you won't be let down.
200mg/cyp eod
75-100mg/tren eod
50-100mgdrol ed, or 50-60mgd-bol ed
 
The reason I went with the tbol insead of dbol is that I'm pretty active, and I've heard dbol will decrease my cardio endurance. Am I correct or wrong on that one?
 
Running dbol right now and no problems with endurance during cardio. (bike 6 days a week 30 min. 130+ rpms) Just don't get to high the the dose
