my goals are to drop bf%, and stay the same weight. I could afford to gain a few pounds, but it makes me slower so i'd rather not. would this be a better choice than..lets say..deca/winny? I've done this one before that's why i'm leaning towards it, but i'm afraid of putting on water weight or any weight for that matter from the deca. i can't afford to do winny alone, (too harsh on the joints). is fina a good choice? i've heard very good things about it, and also heard that its very toxic and harsh on the body. should i stick with what works or try to fina? my diet/work outs are just fine.
