365 x 4 on bench today..

previous max was 335 x 5... uh holy shit steroids fucken make you strong as shit.. i also hit 315 for 10 easy reps.. can't wait till further down the road.. only in week 5 500mg enan 600 mg eq..

Cool bro, be careful though. Your joints and ligaments are not up to par with your recent muscle growth and strength increase. That's how injuries happen. Good luck

My best friend gets a similar satisfaction except it's in reverse. He's stronger than 99% of the juicers at my gym. The kids a freak of nature. Sure doesn't look that impressive.

Granted the gym I go to isn't a hardcore gym so the juicers there aren't the typical well educated veteran lifter type.
 
Heh, I'd be so pumped if I was pushing that. Esp if it was at my weight or just a bit heavier.

I have no clue what my current max would be; I'm not even going to try for a max lift until my current 12 week program is up.
 
I'd be happy taking some andro right now. But meh, why get busted for the small stuff if they are going to punish you like it's the real thing?

I know how good it feels to push that kind of weight. I'd be benching 500 or close to it by now if not for my ripped pec.
 
my flat barbell bp sucks. I have never put up more than 295 for 1. im pretty sure its because I have these abnormally long monkey arms. good for fighting, bad for benching. I can military press a house though. :evil:

oh..im not trying to increase my bench. I just switched back to Incline Barbell as my main chest movement. I get much more of a response from flat dumbell press then flat barbell. and I dont go less then 6 reps on pretty much every exercise. I benched 295 when I was a senior in high school and cared about how much weight i was doing. I lift just to be in shape. I get my core strength from grappling .
 
Yeah man back in my college football days I could give you 405 for 3 reps. I don't even fuck with flat bench anymore. Good job though.

On my last cycle of test prop, winny, npp, and tren I went from 275x1 to 365x2 in 12 weeks. It was ridiculous how strong I got.

Friend did dips with an additional 180lbs for 4 today at a bw of 200.
