Your 18, 5'7 150, and 20-25% BF? I doubt that for some reason, but it's still probaly a bit high. Anyways, in 30 days you can make mild gains..In 9 weeks I have lost 25 pounds, and gained strength (20lbs on bench, 55 on DL etc.) It's all about being young and being a newbie. It's like we're juiced up , but it's all legal baby. Take advantage of being young, and don't workout just for special occasions. Youll get nowhere fast. Workout year round bro...Then youll look good whenever.Peace man. good luck.
PS: 6 small meals a day(chicken,tuna,eggs,lf cottage cheese, protein shakes)
3 or 4 day split when your on a low calorie diet imo..
Realistic goal imo is 140 lbs for you in 30 days...Make sure you bring 1-2 gallons of H20 a day also.

As to the body fat, I honestly don't know. I took an online guesstimate (asked my wrist diameter, waist diameter, height, etc.) and spit out that I had around 20-25% body fat. I don't have a caliper or whatever that's called that gives a more accuratre measurement so I had to guess at it.
