So 2 weeks ago I left my flat iron out at the gym. I was rushing out for a morning meeting. (Dumb ass me.) Another lady at the gym who sees me every morning was nice enough to take it down to the front desk and say “hey this belongs to D I believe she come in at night can you make sure she gets it.” Come back that night work out etc and don’t even notice that it is missing. (Also dumb ass me.)
Next morning working out and up nice lady comes and says “hey that flat iron with baby bliss pro on it that is yours right.”
Me “yeah.”
Her “oh I gave it to the front desk to give back to you I knew you come back in at night.”
Me “OMG THANK YOU!!”
After work out go down to the front desk. Hey my flat iron was handed in yesterday girl was like yeah let me grab it looks in cabinet it is not there. Oh the must have taken it to maintenance for the lost and found they don’t come in tell 8 call in we will get them to put it back at the front desk for you. Call and they find it and put it at the front desk. Come in that night. They ask me to describe it. Which I do in great detail. Girl looks confused she has some piece of crap Wal-Mart special. I was like umm no mine is a $150 salon flat iron that is not mine. Get the run around for two more days. Then talk to GM say look there is a security camera above your front desk check it. The flat iron was hand in to your staffs position is now there responsibility to get it back to me or reimburse me for it if they gave it to the wrong person. Ok we will check the surveillance cam and get back to you tomorrow. No call the next day. So I called the day after that. No call again. So I called again 2 days later. No call again. I called her on Monday and nothing. So today I called Bally head office to get her district supervisor and call them. I get there customer support give them the story and they tell me the supervisor will be in touch with me but it could take up to 30 DAYS WTF???
