3 weeks into tren, not seeing much

So this is the middle of week three of. 50mg/ed tren a, 50mg/ed test p. My weight hasn't changed either direction, not looking much leaner.

Lift 5x a week
Cardio 4-6x a week 30mins fasted in the morn.

2700cal diet set up by rick oshea
6'3 205lbs prob 14% bf

What am I doing wrong?
 
I am assuming, you are running test with this at 400 plus a week? Bump your dose up to 100eod and see if you see any results ! Tren is a very fast acting compound and you will see results in 2 weeks if your gear is REAL! If your gear is underdosed or bunk then that is probably what's wrong!
 
this kind of thread comes up all the time.

there are many possibilities but 3 that stand out

1. your gear is underdosed or bunk
2. you have fried receptors from AAS abuse in your past
3. you couldn't gain off roids, so logically you won't gain on roids either cause of genetics/poor diet/poor workouts or a combination
 
Tren Ace should be quit results.
 
Im just running a low dose cuz I wanna try tren but I was nervous of the sides. I have no sides except some difficulty breathing and I got tren cough once.
I was recommended to do 50mg ed of each. If I did 100mg eod wouldn't that yield the same results but with a less steady blood level and a spike that's more likely to cause sides?

But this shit hurts like a bitch. I've been doing them both in 1 pin, it leaves my glute/ quad sore as hell for days. Originally tried shoulders too but f that.lol. GP Deca and test c only made me a tiny bit sore.

Yes, GP is good to know. If not GP, then Z would be my second choice. But running the that dose, you should be seeing results. Should look into running peps at some point. PurchasePeps has them for REALLY cheap
 
well depending on ur injecting technique you could be losing part of the 50mg in each inject...if your using terumo then the space between the plunger and the base of pin will leave 1 unit still in the syringe..so thats 40mg only getting into ur body...then when you remove the needle from your skin if you have any leakage you could be losing another unit..so given that your tren is dosed as it should be you could only be getting 30mg each inject into your body..

now also with tren is the 1st week or 2 you will get some sides that could be anxiety, insomnia,excessive sweating... me personally so nt see any strength gains until the 3rd week or so...

and with the body recomping i typically dont see any results until week 4 and that is when the fat loss starts


50mg ed is a low dose also...and it may be 2 low for you..your whole cycle is very low dose

350 mg test per week
350mg tren per week

id go 75/75 to be honest...i think trens ideal dose is 75mg ed...i have done more tren then i think anybody on this board has and some...... 100mg ed for a few years..every 10 weeks i take 4 weeks off.. did it for 3 or 4 years i dont remember
 
This has been a real issue as of late, and its always the same responses. I dont care where you got the gear, It bet its bunk as shit. This has/and is becoming a big problem. If its underdosed, increase it to higher levels. I mean keep increasing it, and if still nothing, welcome to the crowd, its bunk. Diet, training, and rest aside, I dont care. Not even a side effect. Horseshit. If you have to guess whether or not you stuff is good, its probably not. You can beat yourself up and try to figure out what you are doing wrong, but your just going to get the same results, except you will be even more frustrated. When(or if now a days) you ever get the real deal you will know. And you will be pissed. Period. I dont care how good your source is. I know for a fact, a fact, even the most popular ones have sold bunk.
 
It isn't necessarily "bunk" if it takes longer to kick in. I've been on varying doses and sometimes I didn't see strength gains until Week 3. It all depends on your body's receptivity to the compound, doses, stacks used, diet, etc. Body weight changes aren't a good indicator either, so keep before/after photos and record your changes in the gym as far as weight/reps are concerned

Lack of sides doesn't mean it's bunk. I don't experience sides from tren. Never have. No sweating, acne, aggression, etc. Many people think steroids are a magic bullet that will instantly make them look like dorian. Food and training are both far more important factors then the gear you are running.
 
can make it yourself for dirt cheap,nobody should ever have to buy tren from anyone..readily available to make and easy
 
I'm 39, 5'11", and start weight was 230. I'm around 16% now. Today was day 11 of my first "real" cycle ever. When I hit 39 I was feeling like I hit a wall. I was getting really depressed at how I was feeling. My sex drive and energy level was nose diving. My buddy fixed me up with Test Prop and Tren Ace. Not wanting to really add much weight I am on a LOW dose of both. Prob going to get flamed for it.

100 Test and 75 Tren EOD. I'm a new man!! Up 7 pounds as of today and I and wife notices that I am a little "more tone". Eating a clean 2500-2800 daily with 30 min cardio 3x week. Bottom line, you should see gains.

tren is the worst thing you can take for sex drive. when you go off your wife will also notice things. your 'buddy' is an idiot for putting you on tren for a first cycle. you've been a member for 6 years you should know better.

while on yeah you will feel great, but when you come off yikes! how many weeks are you running it? i hope for your sake you have a fantastic PCT lined up

What's your diet look like? 2700 calories seems low. How much protein you getting a day? Carbs? This is most likely where your problem is when you don't see gains, like most people including myself.

Diet is the hardest part for me. Get tired of cooking and eating honestly. Oh, and I'd at least up the test to 75mg a day

you can eat slop and still make gains if you workout hard. but you cannot eat perfectly and make gains without working out.

i would argue with tren you do not need to have a lot of a carbs.. unlike something like deca. it is so androgenic that even if you look at a weight you will gain. lol

oh ok. i must of read wrong i though he was running 50mg eod. yeah diet is problem then

you can eat slop and still make gains if you workout hard. but you cannot eat perfectly and make gains without working out.

Both are equally important once you get to a certain point IMO. If you're training intensely eventually you're going to hit a wall and need to tweak your diet and training to keep making gains.
 
Did you check ISN# on GP's site??
I've just started my GP prop,so too early to tell,but I think you should be seeing results by now....unless there is some fake GP going around??
