Here's my results for my first cylce, as for today (end of week 3)..
250mg sust and 300mg deca every 5 days weeks 1-10
50mg winny ed weeks 6-10
PreStats:
5'8 144lbs
bf = 12%
rep 225 two times on bench
Current:
154lbs
bf = 6.1%
rep 225 seven times on bench
fat lost = 8 lbs
muscle gain = 18lbs
Diet:
3400 calories
290g protien
60g fat
400g carb
Goal = 175bs 6-9% bf... Probably wont happen this cycle..
