Lots of confusing and conflicting info on short cycles. In short, I think shorter cycle are best IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY HPTA.
Best gains are made early in a cycle if you train and diet correctly. Gains subside after 4 weeks but most people don't see results until after a month because...again...they don't train and diet properly. This is where the myth of testosterone taking a certain amount of time comes from -- from inexperienced guys using steroids before understanding the mechanisms of muscle growth.
In the past, when nolva and clomid were the only PCT choices I would have encouraged 4 week cycles. Today, with adex and supps like UNLEASHED and the use of HCG and HMG, I think 6 weeks is best and 8 weeks is maximum IF YOU WANT TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY HPTA.
Even with the best PCT if you do several 16 week cycles, your HPTA will most likely never fully recover. That's reality.
