I habe been using creatine many times during my years of training but never reached theese results.
I took 10 grams of creatine monohydrat 3 times a day
Post workout I took it with 200mg ala, 70 grams carbs(dextrose) 1 gram of taurin and 2.5 grams of L-Glutamin
I also upped my daily protein-intake by 2*35gr.
I also used ripped fuel prior to excersize to boost my energy.
The results:
Gained 8lbs bodyweight, loosed 2lbs after another 2 weeks(water retention).
Gained an average 20% in strength, except for armstrength 25% in standing biceps curls(dumbells).
The one excersize where I gained the most was "seated dips" I went from 192lbs to 315lbs thats a fucking 64% increase.
Im not joking my gymbuddys accused me of taking roids. I have never taken steroids so I cant compare this to it, but I was constantly angry, if someone was annoying me I had to concentrate really hard not send them across the room.
Has anyone else experienced this by using only creatine? I just cant explain it.
