Your absolutley right, but I always up my protein intake like this when I use creatine and I always take it with ala, glutamine and taurine.

By the way what brand of anabolic bananas did you use ;)

when i used it i wouldn't become angry, but extremely irritable, i got annoyed by everything and snapped at some things that i would normally let off.
 
I used to use a supp called "Up your Gas" which had a healthy dose of ephedrine....

I would use it to up my gas during pick-up basketball...

Had to stop because I was ready to take some heads off....

Now I use Cytomax powder in cold water....good stuff for energy and I have a lot more friends.....

Interesing about your creatine cycle...I'm seriously considering getting back on...
