Spend one month on the anabolic forum and you will see most everything is just regurgitated information.

The noobs from one month ago will be telling the new guys what they heard last month.

I agree with a lot of stuff on the steroids forums is repetitive, but I also find that there is a wealth of info on there, and every once in a while someone comes up with a good question and you get to help them out in the best way you can. If you can't benefit from info, at least help those that are less fortunate. I'm not saying anything about you not helping people, so dnt get me wrong.

C&C is fun dude...look at how much I get bashed. I'm still here...every one here is a good bro...we're all here to have fun!
