nice work in cutting down there bro, but looks like you really need to get some more lean mass, muscle definition is still lacking. not a flame bro, you obviously have cut a lot of unwanted weight, now hit the gym hard and put on some wanted weight !!!

Honest criticism is naever taken as a flame. You are a fine bro and thanks for the comments.
The bottom line is that I am proud of myself espesially for being back at working out for 2 years now.
I broke my leg and ankle in January 1994 and it took about 8 years and a ton of surgeries just to be able to walk without a limp. If you notice my right leg (especially the calf muscle) is a lot smaller than the left. I can do squats now...but my legs are still really weak...even after 2 years of working out. Even though I have only been doing squats for a little while,they did not gain much strength by doing leg presses and extensions.
Anyway, thanks for the positive comments bro.

FUCKING GREAT JOB. i mean it pal, u look like a monster !!!great on the arms, i would work a bit more on the chest , then u would get a V shape look about u, i cant belive the change in just a few months... good job !!!
