3 days without a workout/diet routine

I am not so happy right now. I've been very busy lately, and was not able to workout for the last 3 days, and have my appropiate diet. It sucks because yesterday I was ready to workout, I didn't care it was Saturday. I went to the gym and it was fkin closed. Today again I have a very busy day, and my spring break is over. I hope I can go workout and complete my meal intake. I also lost a couple pounds from this, and it sucks. What do you guys think?
 
shit like that sucks and when it happens to me I get real down about it. you just gotta remind yourself of the big picture and realize a day or 2 missed is going to happen due to the workings of everyday life. we are in this for the long haul, so just take that anger and use it towards your next workout.
 
For sure man, today I am going to tear myself up (not overtraining though). But I plan to have a goodass workout one way or another. Thx for the support btw bro.
 
we all go through that shit, bro. it sucks, but it's a fact of life. I recently got a new job and moved into a new apt. because of all that I haven't been in the gym this whole week. I fee like a piece of crap, but you gotta do what you gotts do.
