with summer activities approaching (mutiple softball leagues) I want to fit my workouts into 3 days of lifting. Does anyone do that now and if so how do you break up the days. Currently I do:
Day1 Chest, abs, calves
Day2 shoulders, traps
Day3 Rest
Day4 Bi's, tri's abs
Day5 Rest
Day6 Back and legs
Day7 rest
My schedule will be like this:
Day1 Softball
Day2 Softball
Day3 Open
Day4 Softball
Day5 open
Day6 open
Day7 open
I'm trying to make my gym days on 3,5,and 6.
