I was thinking of doing 3 E/C/A's per day for two weeks then hitting the creatine for my two weeks off at 10 grams per day. I would repeat this for a while. I don't want to take them at the same time because caffeine is a diuretic and creatine works partially by making you hold sub cutanious water. I was thinking that by doing it this way I could get some killer workouts during those 2 wks of creatine instead of feeling like I need a coffee every fucking hour just to stay awake. I know it's not gear, but I have no more money and I do have creatine and pills on hand. Any comments?
