Why to you like to pyramid your cycles?

Steady growth, and an easy taper that does not shock the body. This results in less side effects and more permanent gains.

It may be "trendy" to start high and taper down but the best way to avoid sides and keep more of your gains is pyramiding.

When stacking, I usually pyramid the primary steroid and keep the secondary steroids constant, so I agree with this reasoning.

You have picked a difficult combination to work with. Anyhow, I would taper the Omna up and down (not necessary, just preference). The d-bol I would front load (start high and taper down). The Eq (is optional in terms of tapering). And, the Fina I would run all the way through at the same dose.
