Alright dude, I just finished a cycle of Deca and winstrol. I put on a solid 25 lbs of lean mass with minimal sides. The only side that I got was a little bit of acne on my chest and back. In my opinion, if you eat right, watch you doses, and watch for sides carefully and are prepared to stop the sides at the appropriate time, than deca is a wonderful AS.

It seems all the test advocates are the ones who stay away from deca because they themselves are the ones who experienced erectile difficulties when they used it. I personally never have, even on a deca only cycle. It did wonders for me. Iron game, test is associated to more side-effects than deca, including water retention.

One should always use testosterone with deca not just to prevent "deca dick" but for synergy. Deca (and other 19-nortestosterone derivitives) bind to AR in the hypothalamus and prevent the production of testosterone. Lack of testosterone can be a strong hinderance while trying to add muscle in a deca only cycle.

I have never had any problems from deca.. but give me only 250mg of sus.. and i had better be using something to avoid sides...shit.. that really sucks too..

Its probably the most faked steroid out there also, personaly I have only ever used it for joint relief for which it has some use, Other than that I have seen guys make good gains from it in my gym, and some that dont rate it at all, we are tough guys in scotland, we never use anti estrogens etc etc, and rarely have we had problems, apart from dam acne !! my vote is :- If you can get eq/primo, then use that first. But at the end of the day if you want growth then TEST is the only one.

True but everyone of these bar acne can be prevented or controlled very cheap, easily and effectively.
