2ns cylce-Just lost weight, dont know what to do

I wasnt worried about muslce, since most of it had turned to lard. Now I think I am ready to start lifting hardcore again and use AAS.[/QUOTE]

That's exactly what I'm referring to. Muscle can't turn to fat. It's physiologically impossible. The best way to lose fat is to keep your metabolism high. The best to do that is to preserve and build muscle. This is a very basic and fundamental principal of exercise science. You need to know the basics so that it doesn't happen again.

Well thanks for your input, for me I wanted to lose Fat, My partner who is a MD told me the basics, calories in must be less than calories out to lose FAT, and i lost fat becuase my BF% went from 23 to around 12.5%.
Yes i understand that the muslce didnt turn to fat, the fat just was layered ontop of the muslce, But now that fat is gone, and I feel better about myself, and my body, so i think the postive energy from that will just help in my muscle growth.
Thanks again for you input though.
