2ns cylce-Just lost weight, dont know what to do

I just got done with law school, i had been lifting and did one cycle a year and half ago. I gained 20 pounds. The affect of law school and getting ready for the bar was pretty bad. The 20 pounds turned into alot of fat. Long story short, since January I have been on a srict 1950 calorie a day diet. I do 50 minutes of cardio in the morning 5 days a week, then on the weekends i do 30. I went from 225 to about 195 in 8 weeks. I still lifted lightly but wanted to get the fat off.

Question:
I am thinking about
weeks 1-10
400mg nandrolone decanoate
250 mg test cypionate
week 10-14 clomid

I am just afraid of gaining the fat back, Should i keep up the cardio cause it seems that it will just negate the the lifting.

I am ready to add calories to my diet, I was thinking 3000 a day.
5 day lifting M-F.

Since i will not be drinking(which was my downfall) and lifting so much, maybe my body can handle it. Should i just let some fat build up if it happens(so i can gain the mass) and then do a shredding cycle mid summer?

bro why dont u forget about that cycle u ran before and start off on a fresh note...go with one substance..like 500mg of test enth....and dont forget a proper pct (nolva, hcg) and dont do the cycle until you have been stricly working out for a while and feel that you cant gain that much more muscle being clean...well anyway thats just my honest opinion...good luck in w/e you do....by the way way to lose all that weight good job
 
thanks for the input. I do lift and i believe that becuase i have been lifting for at lift 5 years that i can hit it hard once again. I have started to add more lifting back into my routine, however I dont really intake that many calories, i even went off creatine to keep the bulk and water down.

So you think that one cycle or Test Ent. would be good to start back on?

I was sorta treating this like my first cycle anyway, thats why i thought the test. cyp. and the deca. would be a good solid start.
 
yea bro why dont u do test enth 500mg 2 shots a week...that a good cycle with the proper pct..or u can always run sust at 250mg 1 cc a week...but a test is a test
 
Bro, if you stick to a strict diet while on i don't think you'll have any problems with your gains turning into fat. I believe your problem while in school was bad eating habits....Get your ducks in a row and eat, lift, and rest.

Thanks for the input, I just think i was getting scared because i had turned into such a fat ass and didnt want that to happen again, but ive learned that good eating habits will keep the weight off.

So here I go.
 
Bro, since this is your second cycle...I don't see any problem with running the compounds. I would suggest things a little differently though...I would go with Test E 250 and Deca 300 injected E5D. I would throw in some D-bol in the first 4 weeks @ about 25 to 30 mg ED. I would forget about the clomid and use Nolva. Run HCG throughout the whole cycle at about 500 IU's about EOD or E3D. Keep the calories up and stay with a small amount of cardio, you'll be surprised at the amount of muscle you will gain while taking off fat. It can be done!
 
I seriously have to question the validity of someone that is dieting with such a low amount of calories and stops lifting to lose fat using any AAS. I'd do more research.

I am not using any AAS yet. I did do research and the research said I need to get my BF down to a reasonable %. Now that I am down to a reasonable BF% I will start a cycle. I dieted to get rid of my fat, I wasnt worried about muslce, since most of it had turned to lard. Now I think I am ready to start lifting hardcore again and use AAS.
