Have a few questions wanna make sure I do this right.My 2nd go around I'm 21 5'7 150 11%bf my definition is not the problem just wanna get compliments with my shirt on!!fresh foods healthy diet, took a health managment class to be sure. Tired of seeing all these fratboys who are top heavy chicken leggers. My fav wokrout is actually squats. Wanting to know first is my steril lab cyp 200 legit? I dont keep any fat would it hurt to throw some bk or other fatties few times a week?

pct clomid... confused on when to start how much

suggested vitamins/ fish oils/ supps - besides protein
mostly do power lifts ie ..squats deads cleans no cardio play basketball twice a week

Start @ 50MG Clomid and work from there.

EFA's (Fish Oils, Flaxseed Oils)

I'm a powerlifter so of course I'd recommend heavy compound movements for overall strength ie. benches, DL, Squats.......

My favorite for compliments with your shirt ON is heavy incline DB presses....

Those will turn your chest rough, rugged and raw.........women will show you love from across the FUCKING street.

got gear in mexico steril labs cyp 200 - looks to be human grade, wondering if it was legit. I know with cyp suggested 2 weeks off pct w/ clomid so 50mg/day for how long ?

I'd recommend:

Clomid
HCG
Nolvadex

This is a tight PCT mix.
