bros predicament time here for me...its my 2nd shot for tomorrow...and im still a little sore from my first on friday nite...(its test) by eloffer (sp) but i train quads and hams on wednesdays what to do if im still to sore to squat and shit...i dunno should i just throw legs to fri and see wha ti can work around what have you guys done in the past to deal with the pain and still working out...thanks...DD
