2nd cycle?

Hi folks. Just a few questions. Just finished my first cycle. Starting PCT in 7 days. I made about 18pounds on my 8week cycle- Test E500mg and Dbol 20mg 1-4. Dunno if this is a good amount for 8 week. I aint about to say my diet was tip top at all! The food i ate was all good but because im in the military its hard to get the amount of food i need to get the full effects. I had good strength gains and my friends say ive got bigger? My clothes are alot tighter but im thinking its most water weight?
SO i got a couple of questions. 1, should i alter my training at all now im off cycle for a few months or should i still go hard? i mean ive heard rumours i should let off abit to let myself recover?
2, would be good to loose a bit of weight... but i wanna to a bulking cycle again in a couple of months... any point of trying to loose weight?
3. What to do for next cycle? try the same again but sort my life and and get diet in order!?
4. Need any advice on keeping what i have gained. I have got stronger and im pretty certain ive gained a good amount of muscle, whats the best way of keeping as much as i can.
Thanks, any advice would be much appreciated. Im trying to learn so i can better my self next time.
 
I always keep my training intensity up and the food allowing my body to get used to keeping that new muscle, Remember what you gained you have to feed it to keep it.eventually you will be able to slack off and recover slowly.
 
The best way to keep as much of your hard earned gains is to have a great PCT. Along with diet as Radar mentioned. I would highly recommend you look into the unleashed/post cycle PCT if you do not already have one lined up. Much more gains kept when I did this PCT versus the usual clomid only.
 
First of all diet is key to any cycle esp bulking . There are a milllion reasons to list why but just take my word. Even in the military you should be able to diet right. I was a Ranger with 3 month on 6 months off deployments and during that 6 months more training ops than I can count. Will you beable to get it from the chow line .. nope. You have to plan around this. If your back in the barracks with normal duty days then on top of the free chow line meals you should have your room loaded with clean (as clean as it can be) food to eat. check out needtobuildmuscle.com meal replacements and youll get an idea. So yes starting now and till the end of time keep your diet in check, will a big mac hurt hell no but you want to be keeing you cal intake high and your protein 2 grams per pound you weigh to gain and for me just incase to maintain. Your pct imop is the more important than the cycle itself, I wont cycle unless i own in my house every bit of pct. PCT determines two things your health after, and what you will keep from the cycle you just did. So I ask what did you take while on gear to support and what are you taking for pct?
 
Well i had clomid and nolva at the ready. Was gonna do both, but further research i found said it was pointless? and i should sort out some HGC? But im pretty sure its too late for that, considering im supposed to be starting my pct a week today? i was taking all neccesary liver protection. As many protein shakes as i could handle. Wolfing as much clean food as i could handle. So at moment im just thinking nolva for the pct? would it be to late to smash some winny in to lean up? Had my last jab a week ago today? cheers for your help guys.
 
that unleashed/ postcycle pct? is that all you need for PCT? no nolva or anything else? Do you rate it?
