2nd cycle

I am 21 and I'm currently on a winstrol only cycle 50 mgs a day. I'm on a crucial diet I take all the right supps.. Protein bcaas glutamine animal pak for the vitamins and a few more. I work out 5 days a week at least. I mix it up what ever feels good each day.
I have been on the cycle for 3 weeks have gained 10lbs already. Bench went up by like 40 lbs. A little muscle memory but I know how to pump. Btw I have my pct as nolvadex which I plan on taking immediately after my cycle.

I'm trying to get huge. I'm 6 1 190. Bf% 12 but Trying to get to like 210 215lbs with same Bf % What should my next cycle be in your opinion?
 
Research a whole bunch of cycles for a year before you run another, Its a marathon not a sprint bro and your body will react better with a nice break. It impresses us if you do a part by looking around for yourself and them come to us with homework done, an idea, and a rough draft for us to tweak and verify. It seems like your cycle is going good that you are currently on and you are 6'1 190 which you can hit 210 natty EASY by punching in the hard work time clock.
 
Appreciate the insight brother. I was planning on taking a few months off before I hit another cycle again and lift hard naturally in the mean time. But I was thinking I would run a 500mg of test E week 1-12 and dbol for 4-6 weeks depending on results and how I felt about it. Obvious run a full Pct of nolva clomid and run HCG while on the cycle
 
test 500mg is fine
if you add dbol do 20mg for weeks 1-4
 
oh also be careful upping the weight so quickly especially while on winstrol.
 
Probably worried about damaging a tendon? Your muscles grow quicker than the supporting ligaments and tendons so you're always running the risk of tearing something when you up the weights so quickly.
 
yup and winstrol is a very 'drying' compound and you will see people complaining all the time about their joints while on.

also he mentioned something about muscle memory which means he might have taken a nice break from the gym and jumped right into a cycle and that can be dangerous for a lot of reasons.

nothing crazy but you just have to think about all this stuff when you are putting together a cycle and training.
