well, going to be doing my 2nd cycle sooner than expected, looks like Sept 18th. heres the rundown:
Cycle:
Test E UG - 750mgs/ week - 1-12
Deca- Durabolin- 600 mgs/week - 1-12
Bionabol (dbol) 50 mgs ed - 1-4
Ancillaries:
Adex- .5 mgs eod 1-14
nolvadex - on hand
dostinex - on hand
HCG running threw out twice a week. 500IU's /week
PCT:
Clomid: 300/100/50 - 13-17
Nolva: 20 - 13-17
Diet:
Very Clean, but in large mass quantities, looking for 4500-5000/ day
protein sources: chicken, eggs, steak, fish, whey
carb sources: oatmeal, rice, pasta, multigrain bread, dex
fat sources: olive oil, fish oil, pb, nuts
Training:
5 days per week. 3 on 1 off
12-15 sets per muscle group. reps ranging from 4-20, usually 8-12.
Supplements:
Protein powder
dextrose
multi
Tylers liver detox
(i dont use too much)
Stats/Goals: 22 , 6'2'' 220 ~9%. I plan on starting at the same weight. If MY weight goes up at all, I know its water/fat since I've been dieting for a few months.
I hope to gain at least 15 lbs after pct while staying at a reasonable bf, hopefully no more than 10-11%. I will get bodyfat tested about 2 times per month.
