2nd cycle-sustanon/winny

This is my second cycle:
500mg Karachi Sustanon week 1-11
50mg ed of winny(BD 50 mg tabs)week 8-13
Nolva 60mg ed for a week(start next day after last winnt tab)
Nolva 40mg ed for two weeks

I will keep everyone updated on progress.Stats
my first cycle was 5 years ago
25 years old in July-225 lbs-13%BF-diet in check-work-out 4-5days week

My question is there a better way to use the Nolva at the end(I have 1020mg-102 10 mg tabs)?
When I start the winstrol should I break tabs up and take thru out the day or just take the 50 mg tab ?
I am hoping to gain 15-20 lbs and drop some bf. Are these goals attainable on this cycle?

well its been about a week and I am up 7 pounds and I'm getting stronger( Its probably just phycological). Could any of the seven pounds I gained be muscle or is it just water? I can definately tell the pumps are better. I have a problem leaving the gym now. I just hope I don't over train. I can't wait till week three or four when it really kicks in!
 
Hey man, just posted about basically the same cycle. Keep me posted on your gains and such. I'll be starting next week when my pins come in.
 
Okay its the end of week two. I am up to 235lbs. I can definately tell I am stronger and the pumps are amazing. Is it going to get better than this as it goes? If it does I my never come off (lol). I do get a little hot and red during work-out. I just got back from gym, so I will wait about two hours and go to check my blood pressure at cvs. They got one that goes around forearm , so it should be fairly accurate. Still having problems leaving the gym. The pumps are so great I want to keep on working out and I feel that I can. What should I do about this work-out more or leave before over training?

Wow this sucks. No one has responded to any of my questions.
 
still weigh 239, but the man in the mirror is definately looking better. Strength going up a little from last week. Major exercises(working 4 sets 8) up at least 50 lbs on all like bench,squat,deadlifts.
 
I'm at the end of week 6 and into week 7. I weigh 245 lbs so I am up 20 pounds. I started the winny a little early, but I will still end it on time. :)
Strength still goin up,had about 6 pimples show up,had to go get some new shirts. That kinda sucks because the shirts fit good from my chest up, but the bottom is to big and baggy. Its going great.
