2nd cycle new to forum

What's up guys. Getting ready to start 2 nd cycle
Stats

Age 30
Weight 225
Height 6' 2"
Training religiously for past 7 or so yrs
First cycle was just 500 mg of test e

Here's my load out feel free to critique

Trying to put on a clean 20 lbs

test e 500mg wk 1-14
Eq 400mg wk 1-14
Hcg 500 iu wk 1-14
*then 500 iu everyday till 4 days before start of pc

PCT start 2 weeks after last pin
Comid 50 ed for 4 weeks
Nolva 20mg ed for 2 weeks then 10mg ed for 2 weeks

In case of gyno
Armidex eod .5mg


My last cycle routine was like this
Mon chest
Tues back
Wed legs
Thurs shoulders and traps
Friday arms

Each day consisted of comp and iso exercises
Doing 4 sets 10 8 6 4

I made some really good gains

But wondering if maybe I should try a 5x5 or HST opinions???

I know gains are mostly determined by diet just curious to see what ppl have had luck with for making mass gains
 
For starters, you'll find 90% of the members here have learned that nolvadex is not PCT. It does nothing to maintain HPTA> It is a total myth based on the fact that bodybuilders used it to prevent gyno. And it's not even great for that.

CLomid is controversial. Fewer and fewer people are using it for no other reason other than it makes you feel like shit. Bottom line, you can't use drugs to get your body operating on its own. Products like UNLEASHED and PF POST-CYCLE have proven to be a tremendous help. There are also a lot of things you can do lessen supression and manintain gains.

As for your cycle, I think that's too long to be doing HCG. I also think EQ is junk but others like it. As for the training, that's another thread in itself.
 
You dont need HCG from the beginning. start it at week 5-6 when you notice shrinkage. Running it earlier is jusr wasting money.

Nelson is right. Not to mention Nelson has forgotten more than most will ever learn about this sport and what goes with it.
Please research on this site how to do a proper PCT and why what you are planning is no good. Every day I freak out on 2-3 people who want to do the same thing. I dont feel like typing a half page right now. Go do some readin please. Do yourself a big favor.

you want to gain a clean 20... that's going to be very difficult no matter what you run... i would switch up your cycle a bit to make that kind of gain... there are A LOT of flaws in your set up... here is what I would do...

1-16 test e 350 mg week
1-16 eq 600 mg week
1-10 npp 100 mg eod
1-16 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-10 caber .5 mg e3d
5-10 hcgenerate
11-16 hcg 500 ius week
17-18 hcg 1000 ius week
13-18 anavar 60-80 mg day
13-18 proviron 75 mg day
13-18 n2guard
