2nd Cycle Ever Tbol only Log

Today is day 5 of tbol only... I started at 40mg/day and today was my first day at 70/day. I have started to notice the calf pumps which havent been too bad now that i started taking taurine, but today while biting my finger nails my forearms seized up and i had to quickly stretch them out.. weird experience.. think i am just gonna stick to 60/day.

I did back and bis today and didnt notice any pumps out of the ordinary, but I have never noticed pumps really on a preworkout or when I did my var only cycle.

In coming updates I will update on my strength and size increases

Age: 21
Height: 6'1
Weight: 195lbs
BF: 14%

Lifts to start:
Bench 185x5
tbar row 3.5 plates x 6
Deadlift 295x9
leg press 400x5
curls 85x7

I was a lot stronger after my var cycle but i then got mono and lost everything when i dropped to 180lbs so I am hoping to stay at a similar weight but get more cut and stronger than ever before.

I have been training for about 3 years 4-5 days a week consistently.
 
Out of curiosity what was your length and dose of your first cycle, and if you were shut down as a result how long was your recovery and what was your pct like.
The Tbol you have sounds top by the effects you have so far so you should be pleased and pack on a decent amount of size. How long are you running it?
 
At that dose you are going to probably start cramping pretty bad at least thats what it did to me running it at 80mg/day. You can control some of it by staying extremely hydrated. Sounds like you are making great gains, keep us posted pal..
 
Unfortunately I can't do squats because both my shoulders are absolutely focked from sports injuries so I stick to leg press and deadlifts. Believe me I would love to do squats if I could.

My last cycle of var was an average of 60mg/day for 6 weeks and my recovery went fine.. I got sick though right at the end of the cycle and ended up losing about 50% of my strength and size gains. I was still satisfied overall though. I did Nolvadex for about 2 weeks at 20mg/day.

And yes, I realized I haven't been drinking enough water, only about 3L a day, but at 60mg/day I didn't notice much cramps at all and I think it is to do with the 6 grams of taurine I took preworkout.

Also, my military press was up from 105x9 to 105x11 today. I hope this is signs of good things to come. 197lbs today.

It is the first time I have used this local UGL because of some positive reviews from friends. They just changed to new pressed tabs so I am hoping that their dosing is good so that their new line of tabs gets a good rep.

Leg press 400x11 Always have huge improvements here week by week for some reason

loved the new blue tbol tabs from that lab (if that's the one you are referring to). Not sure if the tabs were any better than the caps though but I had great results myself.
Used 40mg ed tbol to finish off my primo/test cycle and while the primo esters were clearing.

And I am sure bro that with the 305 deadlift you can press more than 400. Just put more plates on you'll be amazed. Leg press machine removes 70% of the weight ... so 400lb leg press is like 120lb squat.

The leg press machine I use uses your body weight as well on top of the 400. Thats why I use it so I dont have to stack on so many damn plates lol. At club 16 where I go if you are familiar with it since you know the local lab I did 16 plates for 17 reps going to 100 degrees haha.

But for today I did chest
Benched 175x11 - last week I did 185x5 so this is quite the improvement.
Incline 60x11

Chest was noticeably more pumped that usual.

Me and a buddy of mine are head to head for chest right now so now I am scared for next week when I blow him away that he will know something is up :P

Back tmrw.. looking forward to some new PRs.

Legs still feel like they have a pump from last thursday leg day. Feels great.

And have noticed the back pumps like when I was playing foosball with a friend haha had to take a break after kicking his ass one game.

I will upload pics at the end if they are worth uploading. Last anavar cycle my physique stayed exactly the same just gained a few lbs and my strength shot up like a rocket.

that leg press machine is probably the hack squat machine and then the weight makes sense bro. and yeah 16 plates a side on the normal leg press is where you'd be. I know I do that and it is the problem in my gym to find enough plates ... stopped the leg press altogether since it was hurting my knees. hack squat hurts my knees even more.

Nah I know what the hack squat machine is... Its like this one Body Solid SLP-500G-2 Leg Press- 210 lb Stack but with 400lb stack.

Did shoulders today. 115x10 military press.. not much improvement from last week.
Didn't do much else since today is supposed to be my cardio day.

202lb today.
 
Leg day today

415 on the leg press machine (max it goes up to) 5 reps in i started getting eye pixies.. still went hard and my phone fell outof my pocket causing more distractions but managed to do 11 total reps.

Deadlifts my final set I did 335x9 with straps. Most I have ever done in my life. Felt pretty good. Unfortunately my back is kind of achy, but nothing that will take more than a couple days to get better (I hope).
 
Hit the gym for some cardio today.. and was surprised to find my cardio has actually improved! The last time I attempted a mile run I did 7:14 and was EXHAUSTED by the end of it. This time I aimed for a 7:07 mile (8.4mph) and hit it no problem with energy to spare. I haven't ran a mile in over 2 weeks so this was shocking, not even to mention my 7:14 time was at 195lbs and now I am at 203lbs. Will be hitting 7 min mark in near future. And if you guys aren't impressed by this I have always been a sprinter, longer distances have been my weak spot but 7:07 is the best time I have ran in my life.

Updates to come tomorrow when I do chest day. Expecting some good results. Think I am going to bump to 70mg on training days and 60mg on off days. Thoughts?

Chest day today sucked!

185x6... Even after ramping up to 70mg/day... guess I will just stay at 60mg...
I then tried to break 7 minute mile and also failed.

I am thinking the failure could have to do with not the best sleep, lots of cardio yesterday back is still kind of sore from standing military press and I only ate about 2k calories yesterday. I feel like these are just excuses though and I should have had a good workout today. Overall, depressing though.
 
most likely causes are lack of carbs in pre workout hours, not enough sleep, not proper hydration. If I get all three right my workouts are amazing and I feel strong - both on and off cycle. But eating enough carbs in hours leading to my work out makes the biggest difference.

I had a full cup of oats and eggwhites as well as a cup of berries 3 hours prior to workout :(
 
Deadlifted 385x4 for a new PR yesterday

Did arms today.

Barbell curled 85x12 usually only get 10 reps

Close grip pressed 175x10 which is more than I benched monday...

Also, will be doing 80mg/day for the next 2 weeks. Had some pretty crazy pumps today too.

Down to 200lbs now that I decided to do a cutting cycle.
 
Now that I have been cutting I can feintly see my third and forth abs for the first time in my life! Down to 199lbs

Benched 205x5 today up from 185x5 to start.

Chest is also noticeably more defined as well as lats.
 
Now that I am at 80mg/day I have not noticed any sides whatsoever. My back and calf pumps aren't even that bad at all. I just ran a 7 minute mile no problem. Is that a sign that my gear is underdosed? Would it be safe if I bumped to 100mg/day?

The stuff I have is probs actually equivalent to 50mg even tho it says 80..

Friend said my arms were looking huge compared to normal today. Did 12 chin ups easily where I normally would struggle to get to 10. Shoulders were looking fuller today too.

For the record, I would never recommend more than 50 mg a day of any oral, and then, only with the most advanced users. And then only while using N2GUARD while on and POST CYCLE and Liv 52 once off. (Using Liv 52 while on will actually make the steroid less effective).
 
Had horrible sleep last night.. Woke up with my first headache in ages.. Was not looking forward to workout especially being LEG DAY.

Got to the gym after school. Was very hungry and splitting headache. Did not look forward to doing deadlifts, but to my surprise I managed a new PR with 375x6.

Also did 415x15 on leg press and finished up with some cardio and by the end of my workout hunger pains were gone and so was my headache :)
 
Today was an interesting day for me... I have a bunch of buddies that go to the same gym as me and being arms day my pumps were just ridiculous so my cover was blown. They called me out for being on something cause my numbers were so much higher even tho I told everyone I was cutting. Oh well, told them to keep their mouths shut and I'm hoping for the best.

I managed to curl 95 for 8 solid reps. Most I have ever curled even more than when I was on var.

Close grip pressed 185x7. My starting bench press was 185x5.

Abs still coming in clearer by the day.

200lbs today even though I am only eating 2500 calories a day tops.

I also discovered that using a weighted cambered bar on your lap for dips is way easier than using plates. Don't know if anyone has thought of this but it is way more balanced and easier to apply and take off.
 
I have noticed my shat has been green a lot lately... Is there anyway this could be a result of the tbol. I am thinking it might have something to do with all the blue dye used for the tabs.
 
Shoulders seem to have maxed out as far as strength gains go.

I did run a mile in 6:53 though, which is up from I think 7:20ish when I started the cycle and up from 8:30 when I first started running a few months ago.

Today is my last day of cycle. 35 days total. Will be saving my last bottle of tbol for a kickstart for a test e cycle.

So in the end this is how I progressed from start to finish:
Arms 15.5"-16.1"
Weight 195-200lbs

Bench Press 185x5-185x11
Curls 85x7-85x12
Shoulder Press 55x8-65x8
Deadlift 335x9-375x6
Leg Press 415x5-415x15
Tbar rows 135x6-155x6
Pullups 8-12

I can now see my third and 4th abs for the first time ever as well.

My mile run improved from 7:20-6:53.

Overall, quite satisfied with cycle. I look forward to my next cycle in January that will be:

1-4 80mg/day tbol
1-10 500mg/week test e
2-12 .25mg arimidex e2d
10-12 60mg/day anavar (I have 80 caps left from my last cycle so I am just gonna use them up here)
13-16 nolvadex 40/40/20/20
and I have not decided exactly how I will run hcg.
 
Been off tbol since friday hit the gym for chest day today and wtf... I am stronger that I was last week?

185x13 for bench... Last time I did this was on var at 213lbs. Today I was 202lbs (Gained 2lbs from turkey dinner last night) lol. Last week I could only do about 11 reps. I have been taking nolva at 20mg/day for 3 days now too. Still very vascular. All other exercises I was decently stronger as well.

I have noticed I don't think about jacking off as much, but when I do, it is no problem getting hard, maybe takes 20 secs longer than normal though.. But everything else seems pretty normal, nothing that scares me.
