Hey forum.
SO, my first Cycle (Last October) was only 6 weeks of 450 prim o, 250 sus t, dermacrine, ... for post: sustain, unleashed and post cycle . I gained 8 lbs of SOLID muscle in 6 weeks, lost 15 lbs of bodyfat. FANTASTIC RESULTS.
SO I was at 255, about 24% when I started... I'm at 235 right now, about 14% now... My goal is to get to try and HOLD at about 235....240.... 6-8% MAX over the next couple of years through proper diet and training like an animal. I want to gain MUSCLE...but not at the expense of loosing it "off cycle"... i'm thinking I should STICK to prim o
I'm doing NELSON's routines.... Chad Waterbury, Thibideaux, LOTS of Pavel and Staley work... and even though it's been 2 months since the end of my cycle...I'm still VERY STRONG.... setting PR's monthly (little PR's, but PR's nonetheless).
SO... I'm thinking of Cycle #2 for APRIL or MAY.
I was extremely happy... don't EVEN want to play with GYNO shit like Decca... !!!
But your input is appreciated! Let me know what you think!
