2nd Cycle, Beast/Katanadrol

Right now I'm cycling Beastdrol and I LOVE the gains I'm getting. I'm only up 7lbs but my strenght and endurance are through the freaking roof. I look to have lost a good bit of bodyfat as well. Anyways planning up my next cycle and this is what I'm thinking

Cycle Weeks 1-4
Beastdrol 30/30/30/30
Katanadrol 250/250/250/250
Forged Liver Support 2 caps a day
Forged Joint Repair 2 caps a day

PCT Weeks 5-8
Forma-stanzol 10/10/8/6 (then 4 until its out)
Forged Post Cycle 2 caps a day
Power Chews D test 4 every morning

How does this look. Anything I should add or take out? Thanks
Oh, been seriously training for over 4 years. Currently at 167 with close to 11% but that is due to seriously change. I've been bulking for mens physique comp and I start my diet tomorrow. This will be my second cycle.

I assume the 10/10/10/10 Forma is 5 pumps 2x a day? Also, after that, you should want to taper down. Try 3 pumps 2x a day for the next week and a half, and then 2 pumps 2x a day for the last half of that week or another week. Taper off this stuff, it's dealing with your estrogen.
 
looks good but im gonna guess that at 167 you need to focus on your diet and learning to eat more..
 
167 at 5' 5" lean. my diet is very strict and changes every 3 weeks. im in a pre-comp diet currently and am shooting for stage weight of 154.
 
when is your show?

you could probably put on 10lbs of muscle and drop your bf a bit just during this 4 week run.. beast is no joke if you feed it right

this is my current diet

Meal #1 5:00 7 egg whites , 1 whole egg and 1 cup oatmeal ( you can add ÂĽ cup blueberries)

Meal #2 7:30 6 oz chicken and 1 whole grapefruit, 2 rice cakes with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Meal #3 10:00- 2 scoops protein shake with water
Meal #4 12:30--6 oz chicken with 1 cup broccoli or green beans and 6 oz potato (white or sweet)
Meal #5 3:00—6 oz ground turkey on an Ezekial Bun with lettuce and ½ cup green peppers
Meal #6 5:30 – 1.5 scoops whey protein shake with water and 15 almonds
Workoutand cardio—Cardio 20-30 minutes 5-6 days a week – no high intensity!!
Meal #7 8:00 - 6-8 oz of any of the following and can be combined
Filet, or flank steak
Tilapia, Cod, flounder,
Chicken or Turkey breast
With 8 oz sweet potato



Minimum -2 gallons water

what he said. Hcgenerate during the cycle would not be a bad add ether.
 
It's a little late, you may have already started.. but I'm with Needto. HCGenerate is a "must have" (IMO) on cycle. It really, really works and makes the transition from "on" to "PCT" so much better and smoother by already having you started back to natural levels.
 
Some people might disagree but i like to keep my doubling up on orals to a minn.i dont like 4 weeks of doubling up,even with a mind oral like katana .

i would run the cycle like this

WK 1-4 Beastdrol 30mg ED
WK 3-6 Katanadrol 250mg ED
 
Ill be running both fur the simple reason of wanting to get the most out of the cycle before I step on stage. I still need some hcgenerate some liver and joint support and i'm looking for a good fat burner (suggestions?)

I know it's new but n2burn seemed to work fabulous for me..
 
need2burn is a top notch fat burner... i will tell you this... N2AMP is the absolute best pre workout supp out there... So if you are looking for the most insane amounts of energy you ever knew, then you should definitely be using it...
