2nd cycle advice?

Do you think this is a good second cycle for me? I just finished up my first cycle PCT about 2 weeks ago. I know the saying time on = time off but I want to get started on this second cycle if labs (comprehensive metabolic panel, complete blood count, free and total testosterone, lipids) come back to baseline. I kept a total of 15 lbs lean body mass from last cycle. I was very happy with the results. After this cycle I plan on taking a year off of AAS and then doing a Deca/Test cycle but as stated won't be for at least a year.

----Proposed Second Cycle
(assuming total & free testosterone come back within range)-----
Dianabol 50 mg (25 mg BID) for kickstart week 1-4
Anavar 50 mg (12.5 mg QID) for week 6-12
T500 at 600 mg (300 mg every 3.5 days) for week 1-12
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 for week 14-18
Clomid (TBD) for week 14-18

*Support supplements - Cycle Assist pre-loaded 2 weeks prior to cycle and throughout duration of cycle. Fish oil 2-3 gram EPA/DHA daily, Glucosamine/Chrondroitin throughout cycle. Arimidex is on hand in case of estrogen related side effects

Diet + 4000 kcal (clean calories) - meals vary in combination
Protein: Whey/casein, eggs, steak, lean sirloin, chicken breast, turkey breast, salmon, tuna, low sodium cottage cheese, etc
CHO: Oats, rice, whole wheat pasta, etc
Fats: Fish oil, almonds, EVO, etc

Training (mixed power/hypertrophy) - training plan for on cycle. Obviously I have more rest days and less volume, etc while off cycle
Monday - Chest/Anterior Deltoids (Power)
Tuesday - Back/Rear Deltoids (Power)
Wednesday - Biceps, Triceps (Power)
Thursday - Quads/Hams/Calves (Power)
Friday - Chest/Anterior Deltoids/Triceps (Hypertrophy)
Saturday - Back/Rear Deltoids/Biceps (Hypertrophy)
Sunday- Off

Last cycle
25 mg Dianabol (12.5 mg BID) for kickstart week 1-4
500 mg Test E/C (250 mg every 3.5 days) for week 1-12
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 for week 14-16

Heres what i would do. Id run my second cycle like this

Weeks 1-12
Test (whatever ester you prefer)500mg/week

Weeks 1-4
Dbol- 30mg/day split into 3 doses

Id save the var for a cut cycle and just bulk with this one. If this is a cut cycle to you, then drop the dbol and opt for weeks 6-12 var @ 50-60mg/day, split into 2-3 doses. And def have some arimidex n letro on hand for gyno issues with dbol. If no dbol, then just make sure you at least have some adex just in case of test. Run some liver care and get rid of the nolva/clomid PCT. either go for some ntbm products or a strong test boost from your local nutrition store and some DAA and super tribulus.

And if possible some HCG on cycle and a few weeks into PCT
 
^^^^^^^ this is good advice... i don't think you should run dbol and anavar in the same cycle... seems kind of counterproductive to me... if you want to run 3 things then run anavar and proviron... you always need to have an AI on hand, no matter what your running...

i do congratulate you on good results from your first cycle but I am interested in your bloodwork when you get it back because your PCT was shit... nolva is not going to recover you from a cycle and you should not be considering it for a pct for your second cycle... run a low dose of clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 with unleashed and forged pct...
