27 needs HRT?

One that immediatly springs to mind (and I am by no means an expert bro) is the possibility of not being to have kids if youre only 22.

If you do want to have kids, that would certainly be a question I was asking my doc.

ive actually got y-chromosome microdeletion which is a genetic disorder screwing up my sperm. my last test i had like 3 viable sperm so i actually have sperm stored at a bank that id have to use. it really pisses me off that i wasnt meant to have kids but hopefully in-vitro will be sucessful in the future.

the saga continues.

Had my yearly physical and bloodwork is excellent. Low cholesterol, triglicerides, liver values etc.

Semen sample came back with ZERO sperm. All other elements of semen was normal, pH, volume, lubricity, etc

To summarize, I'm 28 now, been on HRT for about 8 months at 100-140mg/week.

My wife and I want to have kids in a few years so ZERO is not an option. I had 12 million over 6 months ago.

Primary care says there is hope since I have semen and was not born sterile.

I have stopped the cyp and will start clomid in a week or two. I can't see the endo until April.

From reading it looks like I need HCG and HMG as well.

I think I'm done w/ HRT and not looking forward to a life of low test levels. Hopefully these doctors can get me on a heavy duty PCT and get my levels back to acceptable range.

A little bummed too cause I had a cycle plan for march-june.

Wow, I have been on for almost 2 years now! I wonder what my sperm count is? I used to have huge sperm numbers because I accidentally got several womanz pregos not counting the x wife who got pregnant 4 times and we really didn't have much sex, as expected we were married! LOL
Let us know how it works out for you.
Are you planning on running any HCG to with the clomid?

Well doing all of this under the supervision is the right way to do. All though it probably doensn't seem fast enough its the correct way to do it!
