5 minute walk
Dumbbell press
5X5
Incline concentration mech.
8 6 4 4
Dumbbell fly
3x12
Military press
8 6 6 4 6
Arnold shoulder press
8 6 4 4
Lateral raise
3X10
12 minute jump rope
 
No need for several different variations of the shoulder press. One will do fine. Rotate them every few weeks if you want.

^ I agree with this. Keep one pressing exercise on shoulder days imo. Other then that I think it looks good! Why such high reps on the flys though?
 
Thanks for the input. I want to kill my chest and define the center. So I do cable flys almost to failure.

If you want to build muscle you should always go to failure and sometimes add in forced reps.
