Hi guys I'm about to do my first cycle. I've got test e 500 mg and deca 400 mg. Am going to take both at same time over 10 weeks. I've played rugby league for last 11 years and over the last 2 I've felt a little weaker than what I used to be. I've kind of lost a bit of confidence so stopped playing. What do you guys suggest to get a bit more muscle about me ?
