Hi guys,
Never taken steroids but thought I would find a lot of people who are experienced with getting rid of gynecomastia. Anyways a few years ago I started to notice a lump under right breast. I went to doctor and he gave usual "oh it will go away". Of course it didn't and only got worse and worse until the point it was like bigger than a golf ball under there. I felt no other recourse but to get surgery. It cost be $3500 but I figure it was worth it. That was last feb and everything was fine until a few weeks ago when my left side started to puff up and I can feel a lump under now. I'm not on any medication and all these years this side has been fine with no puffiness etc. There may have been a little bit of extra breast tissue/fat but nothing that was noticable like it is now. It's happened literally in the last few weeks to a month. I got my doctor to prescribe tamoxifen which I am getting tomorrow. Not sure of the dosage he will give me but does anyone have a recommendation? And will this get rid of puffiness and lump or just stop it? Should I get letro, and if so how do I get it? Please if someone can help that would be great. As a student paying thousands already for school, I really can't afford another $4000 for surgery!
