Whats up guys I am 22 years old and have been training seriously for 3 years.. This past year and a half my gains have slowed down SOO MUCH….I started out at 125 and am now at 145 but my strength gains and size gains are nearly non existant as of late. I know its not my diet because I am fitting in my macros and am eating a high calorie diet. Below is a picture of a few months back (not much has changed) I am seriously considering doing my first cycle of Test this year. I am highly considering doing a ONLY TEST BLEND cycle for 8 weeks to get up to 160 which I will be happy with. If you guys could please advise me on the correct mg dosage as well at what to take for PCT and how to reduce possible side effects such as gyno and acne I would really appreciate it. I have thought long and hard about this decision and it seems like the right one for me at this point in my life..here are my current stats
