22 year old first cycle..Test blend only

Whats up guys I am 22 years old and have been training seriously for 3 years.. This past year and a half my gains have slowed down SOO MUCH….I started out at 125 and am now at 145 but my strength gains and size gains are nearly non existant as of late. I know its not my diet because I am fitting in my macros and am eating a high calorie diet. Below is a picture of a few months back (not much has changed) I am seriously considering doing my first cycle of Test this year. I am highly considering doing a ONLY TEST BLEND cycle for 8 weeks to get up to 160 which I will be happy with. If you guys could please advise me on the correct mg dosage as well at what to take for PCT and how to reduce possible side effects such as gyno and acne I would really appreciate it. I have thought long and hard about this decision and it seems like the right one for me at this point in my life..here are my current stats

Whats is your total diet like? Like in a average day what do you eat? Just looking at your frame and what not it looks like you could beef up a bit more.
 
Lets see....
well morning will have 1 cup of oatmeal brown sugar....3 eggs with olives tomatos..ham scrabled...1 glasss of milk
lunch: 6 oz steak...1 cup of white rice
meal 3: 6 oz chicken or steak... 1 cup of rice... 1 banana
meal 4.... 4 oz chicken... 1/2 cup of pasta with marinara sauce... 1 glass of milk
meal 5.... same as lunch
meal 6... usually post workout I train at night.. protein shake 50 grams

adds up to a total of 3,000-4,000 calories depending on the exact foods but I switch sometimes to more fatty foods such as lasagna, pizza, jamba juice, pasta twice a day.. depending on the day.. just seems that test is the next logical step in my journey to reach 160 which is a weight that I will be happy with
 
Ok yeah that seems solid, If you wanted to run Test only I would do 500mg a week for 10 or 12 weeks. Arimadex while on, Hcgenerate and HCG while on, PCT Post cycle/ unleashed combo nolva starting 2nd week after last pin. photoserms optional after PCT
 
sounds good man I appreciate it... the only thing I am worried about is I have been doing research for months and have read on several places that the test can cause me to shut down and ruin my test levels for the rest of my life...also should I take a blood test before starting
 
I dont think that it can ruin test levels for life haha I would like to see that article as i am sure alot of other people would like to on here as well. You could take a blood test before and after to see progress but you will be fine, If you put up a pricey solid PCT with quality products like stuff from NTBM and lessen suppression while on your cycle you will have great rebound especially on a test only cycle and it will be a satisfying cycle. I ran test only and was more than happy.
 
bro looking your pic you have some decent development (your biceps look way bigger than everything else) but I am gonna guarantee you that your legs need a lot of work.

i am your exact height but i weigh in the 180's. that is almost a full 40 pounds more than you. its in the legs my friend. are you doing enough leg work? the answer is most certainly no.. you need to hit your legs as hard as your upper body. seems like also your chest needs to be hit harder as well. your shoulders and arms look good
 
Ill be honest with you I dont really hit legs...I know the broscience arguement that leg workouts make the upper body grow.. I am not really concerned about having big legs I honestly just want my upper body to grow...The picture actually makes my arms look a lot better than they really are (they are only 14.75 and 15in) I would love to stay natural but like i said I just dont seem to be making any gains anywhere anymore. Also I did not know that a simple test cycle would require all these other black market drugs as "thecompound" listed above. Was hoping for simply an anti gyno drug to take during cycle and one drug to take for my PCT

well first off I will tell you its not bro science as your glutes and quads are your heaviest muscles in your body. until you start doing deadlifts and squats you will stay underweight. you need a strong trunk.

if you start hitting your legs hard you will gain 20 pounds very quickly, getting you to 165 then you can worry about juicing at your height. i would NOT juice under 165, you will be wasting your money and time. i wouldn't recommend a 6 footer to juice unless they were atleast 195-200 area atleast either.
