22.M 6'3 First cycle-Anadrol

Alright dudes, I am 6'3 194 lbs 6 % BF atleast before my accident., never juiced before in my life...Have been looking into it for a few years...Anyway, I was in an accident two months ago, lost a lot of weight...probably was down to about 175 or so, now ive gained most of it back...About a month ago, I was supposed to get 100 British Dragon 10 MG D-Bols....They just arrived, However, They made a mistake on the order, and now instead I have 60 50 MG Anadrol pills...Im doing some research, and while they sound much more stronger than D-Bols the side effects sound pretty bad...Well Im not gonna let them go to waste, Im going to take them anyway...I also have 6 Clomid pills for the end of the cycle....The dude I got from doesnt know much about Andranol,, so any feedback on here? ? How can I avoid the acne, any diet suggestions, how much should I expect to gain? How much should I take, when should I take them? Thanks in advance du
 
you need to study about aas alot more bro, oral only cycles are no good, whateva you gain you most likley will loose once you stop taking it. whats your current diet look like?
 
I try to get in about 4000 calories a day,,, Breakfast usually a Ham, Egg Cheese with home fries mabye two if im really hungry with a scoop of Twin Labs 100% protein (25 G)..Lunch usually a bowl of cereal, with some sort of sandwitch (turkey salad a lot), Dinner always a lot of meat with noodles...periodically a tuna sandwitch here and there if im hungry... No junk food for the most part, mabye mcdonalds one or twice a week....Overall I try to get about 150-200 Grams of protein a day at the least.

so your telling me that those 3 meals and some sandwiches equals to 4000 cals a day?? umm that diet sucks bro imo, you need to be eating more whole foods and having 5-6 MEALS a day minimum. you need to get a spot on diet in order before you consider aas..

well, I do get 6 meals in a day, 3 big meals and a couple small ones,, My diet varies so its hard to pinpoint the exact diet, but I know im getting atleast 4000 calories, I drink a whole lot of milk also...Well, I work out 4-5 days a week.. for 45 minutes,,,full body usually however on one day the main focus will shift from chest/shoulders to Bi's/Tri's the next...I am really really cut, most people are completely shocked if I take off my shirt, I look like a strong guy to, just a little lanky.
 
you need to sort out an exact pinpoint diet bro. what supplements are you using other than protein shakes at the moment? you might wanna check out my thread "diet is the key" or tatyanas thread "help to sort out your diet" they might be of use to you

You are going to need HCG.
You will get acne also.
Lots of bloat and high blood pressure.
I have not and will never touch that stuff!
 
i'm losing count how many times i've posted this: Abombs are NASTY. U'll get the acne, ur liver will hate u, u might get pretty bad headaches and u'll get bloated in a michelinman fashion. When ur done it'll ALL come off. While ur on u'll get insanely strong and the risk of in jury is very high. NOT recommended for a firsttimer.
 
drol is not for newbs... sell it for some d bols or save them for when your on your A game after research and training..... this will not end well lol
