21's for Cable Flies??

I saw some one doin these on the cables - 7 decline 7 flat 7 incline.

Anyone else do these? I love cables but never tried 21's...
 
I've done 21's on the Hammer Strength incline and flat press. I've never tried it for cable flyes though. It seems like it would be a lot of work to set up and then readjust everything.
 
You dont need to adjust anything - the guy I was doin it had the bench in a low incline position,. from there you can do the low, flat and incline movement to no adjustments
 
Used to do it this way alot in the old days, still do it now as a finisher once in a while....try it like this to keep moving quickly as to not loose the stimulation on the muscle:

Standing up:

7 reps low/feet together (barely missing your junk)
Take a step fwd
7 reps mid range
Take a step fwd
7 reps high (as if doing seated pec deck)
