i started my diet 22.2 ended 24.5.2015(first competiton)
compete in 175class (nationals)
height 5.7 competiton weight 175+ on date of show, offseason and now around 210lbs
I was 2nd in first national competiton (open category), must say i was the lighest guy on stage, and after that i done national champion 175class was 2nd again but cant agree in some points with score marks..i think i should won it..but i must live with that
i will post posing rutines from youtube videos when i have 25posts.
