200mg/ed of DNP and NO WEIGHT LOSS

Do you have much muscle mass? If not you could lower the calories you are taking in but watch the protein (keep it high) and go into a calorie deficit diet. Something around 2000 to 2800 calories per day. You need to find out what your daily calorie needs are and then go from there. When figuring out how many calories you need to maintain your bodyweight subtract the fat pounds from your total pounds and eat at that level. Then the DNP might work a little better and faster for you. Also there have been a few people on the board that swear DNP does nothing for them. Again add some sort of ECA stack or even Clen ( be careful), really makes you sweat.:redhot:

You could also stop taking your caps for about a week or two and then start back. It seems after your first cycle the following cycles hit harder much faster.

with low dose of dnp your diet should be watched closely, also you will see the benefits of dnp when you stop taking it and only after all of it leaves you system, you will end up pissing out quite a few pounds of water.

Try this link and see if it takes you to a type of calorie calculator:

http://www.askjeeves.com/main/follo...aj_rank=1&aj_score=2&aj_list1=1570475-2473081

When figuring out your daily caloric need you have to estimate your daily activity level, estimate low. Now figure out your daily calorie needs for your current weight. Next figure out the daily calorie needs for your ideal weight (what you want to weigh). Find the midpoint and try to keep your total caloric intake there. Make sure you can still eat enough protein. For example, I ate 1 pound of lean ground beef everyday while on DNP. I would make 4 hamburgers from that. The beef has 600 cal, 16 fat, and 100 protein per pound. You can find whole wheat bread that has about 90 cal per bun. So basically eating 4 burgers per day only took up 1000 cal. Lets say you need 2500 cal per day you still have 1500 cal to go.

Again at least add some sort of ECA stack to the DNP. You also should stop for now wait a week and start back up. But eat at the calorie level you found.

Remember a pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories. Also eat lots of fruit for your carbs. Try this and see if it helps. At least this is my experience and 2 cents worth.

I have used T-3 and Clen in the past, I just want to find my effective dose of DNP. Hey Mitch, thank you for the link. PEACE

Sorry kidd just got back. Are you sure on your dosage for each capsule, if so...... 3-5mgs/kgs thats going to put you at 350-550mg range you can take it for a few days than back off. Or you can try the t-3 starting at 100 mcgs a day and going up 25mcgs until you feel the heat. With Dnp even large doses of t-3 do not affect TSH because levels in the blood do not go up. If found that the right dosage for me is 175mcgs daily. Im 5'9'' 247 14%. If you are not taking dnp, carb up first to load as much glycogen into the body. Some kind of partitioning agent to help drive glucose into muscle is useful as insulin production grinds to a halt. Some use insulin but on low doses of dnp ALA can be sufficient. Keep carbs and protein high.

I'd go with 400mg/day if I were you. I started at 800mg/day and ramped down to 200mg/day by the end of three weeks (I was miserable and just couldn't deal with it). I did go from 20 to 15% though...no problem. I didn't change my caloric intake at all but did hit the carbs at times to increase the heat.

The scale won't move until a week after you're off...that's normal.

Would you suggest the 400mg all at once or split up? I am currently taking 200mg every 18hrs. I appreciate your help. PEACE

Once a day in the Am will help one feel a little cooler while trying to sleep. 18hr 200mgs can be a pain and not nessesary, 36 hours to clear.
