I have taken 10 caps of DNP and experienced no weight loss, only water retention, I actually feel fatter!!! I would appreciate any feedback or suggestions you may have. PEACE
My diet consists of 50% CHO, 30% PRO 20% FAT, I am able to train 5 days a week and do cardio as well 5 days a week. I am experiencing some water retention, heavy breathing, that is all. I appreciate any and all feeback. PEACE
Well, since just about every posts regarding DNP says that you gain water, coupled with the fact you have been on for ten days, what does logic tell ya? Perhaps that the water you are retaining is replacing the fat you are loosing. Dont expect to notice the final results for a week after you stop taking it and water sheds off.
for me, a calorie restricted diet while on dnp does NOT work. you have to eat to loose when on dnp. i don't mean pigging out all day, but starving yourself when taking dnp won't work well.
dnp gives me bf loss than clen, t3 or various eca stacks could not.
I am eating @400 G of CHO, 250 G of PRO, and <50G of FAT. All in all about 3000+ calories a day, far from starving. I am beginning to feel that my effective dose may need to be higher with my bodyfat %? I appreciate you r help. PEACE
