200lb

Stepped on the scale today and I hit 200lb body weight. I havent bulked or anything. Must be from squatting consistenly. I was 190lb last time i checked

Diet? what is that lol just kidding. Dont really have a diet. Just it whatever is cooked. Dont eat to much and dont eat to little.
 
Nice work man! Just think what you may be able to gain if you made an effort to observe calorie intake. I started doing so about 2 months ago...taking in just under 6000 a day. When I started, I was 165...I stepped on the scale today and was 179.
My diet consists mostly of chicken breast, steak, sweet potatoes, rice, and eggs.

i agree with keeping tabs on your fuel intake, you will be surprised by how your body reacts

btw.....it took me two years to go from 160 to 205, so maybe i'm just talking out my azz

Same here bro...took me about 2 years to gain weight...from about 155 to 200.

hahah thanks guys....i find it to be a pain in the butt trying to follow what i eat. Ive been weighting myself the last 4 days and it fluctuates between 198 and 200lb. Ill be happy at 215 or 220lb thats as heavy as i want to get heheh
