20mg of nolva 1mg of arimadex. dident start yet last cycle was 1500, My first cycle was deca 200mg sust 250mg for 12 weeks, I gained 25 lbs and kept 23 lbs lol. that was 3 years ago. I have been on Gh for over a year twice, Last cycle was 1500mg of test, 375 of tren, new cycle is starting in a month 2000mg of test/ 700 tren, 25 mg of halo for the last 4 weeks of this 12 week cycle. yes i compete usually twice a year. my dad was 5'8 231 @ 3.5% bodyfat without GH. 19 7/8 inch arms 58 inch chest. 32 inch waist. 20 inch neck. 21inch calves 34 inch quads. real big but short
