Just give yourself time, Hard work decation and alot of $$$$ Dont be in a rush....I looked horrible 3 years ago, fat stomach, no back or chest, Just take time think about the way you want to look everytime you workout. I picture myself on stage posing every rep makes me look bigger then my competition. Especially those last few imposible reps!

No, that was my best friend/training partner. He died from a heartattack a little over a year ago. He was 6' as am I. The fucker had some superior genetics for arms, they measured a hair over 20" cold, he had a good back too, used to do chins with a 110lb dumbell hangin from his waste. No chest though, one of the few points I had him beat on. Sometimes I wish I was 5'8", so I wouldn't have as much space to fill in. You look really solid in that first pic bro. What are your measurements? He was just about 250lbs in that pic.
