My new log. I've started a new 20 rep workout today and will run it till I stall. My goal is to increase my endurance and better my 20 rep maxs on the 3 big lifts - Bench, DL, and Squats. I took my my 5 rep. maxes and started around 35% for week one. Weight increases by 10 lbs. every week. Below are my current maxs and my goals for 20 reps. Let's go....

First day was a fucking joke! I can't believe how stupid I must look to everyone at the gym. I can't wait till the weight go up because I'm going to turn gay doing this shit! Easy and embarassing!!!
