20 Mg Noveldex

Can you guys help me out. Mon We are starting 500mg Sus. a week. Should we use noveldex at the beginning of the cycle or only when we notive sides?? I've heard that anti-e's can fuck up your gains?? Ive never tried a test cycle so I have no idea if I amProne to bitch tits!!! I m really not sure how many m's to use??

I tend to wait till my nips get sensitive. When they do I take nolva for 2-3 days then stop. Sensitivity comes back...I repeat. Been working good for me.

I'd prefer .25mg of arimidex a day though
