20" Arms, How???

Ok guys, what is the best way to get my arms to 20”s, they are currently 17”s. I work out 5 days a week and do arms only once a week. I rotate Bi’s first for 5 weeks and then Tri’s first for 5 weeks. Bicep exercises are:

-BB Curl – 4 sets 8
-Standing Alt DB – 4 set 8-10
-Preacher Curl – 4 sets 8
-then I finish off with something different each week, concentration, hammer, cable, etc… usually just one killa set

should I do them 2 X a week?
I will be taking some gear soon (dbol and primo) and will do whatever it takes, I just want the 20”s, bad. I know this will probably take a couple years, maybe 3? Just any suggestions on workouts/gear/supps, anything would be greatly appreciated, thanks ahead of time…

I would definatly overtrain Bi's if I did 12 sets. Remember Bi's get worked heavily on back day as well and they are not a very large muscle.

I'll let you know, should hit 20" this cycle. I am throwing a party when the tape tells the tale (20" gun salute) it has been a life-long goal of mine.

As far as how, first know that it will not happen overnight so don't get impatient.
Go hard and heavy and then go home eat and rest, repeat as needed. Overtraining is the fastest way to halt your progress, hit em hard and get out of the gym and recover, learn to read your body.
Good Luck

No matter how hard you train, your genetic limits may never allow you to have 20 inch guns. Never the less you can develop one hell of a set of arms by proper training. I've been training for years and my arms have never hit 18 inches let alone 20 (close but not quite). I have a smaller bone structure which limits my size. I've always wanted bigger arms but have learned to accept what god has given me to work with and have done a little better than fair. I guess that I may be a little evil though because I take great pleasure in swamping guys with the 20 inch guns in a workout.

What about the diet? That's Nr 1, eat tiny = get tiny, eat big = get big...simple as that.

take one day OFF, increase calories a bit on the biceps/triceps day and the OFF day after. REST and grow.

Shit I just want to get both my arms to 16". My right is like 1/10" shy of it though I am very lean.

The little growth I've noticed came when I got stronger in my squat and back exercises. The big exercises not the pussy ones but what the hell does a shrimp like me know?

yep, synthol is the best way!
My arms wouldnt grow either, stayed around 17.5, but then started shootin 2ml prop into each bi before arm workouts and put an inch on in a couple of weeks. It stayed, even after stopping the course, due to the oil swelling the muscle, streching the sheath, and then making growth easier.
Try it

I have 20 inch arms (cold) and what helped me break the barrier was heavy tricep excersises. A lot of guys make a mistake thinking that bi's are responsible for big arms. They are not! 2/3 of your arm is tricep. Do heavy dips and close grip bench press. Do Bis and Tris on the same day once a week. Work all 3 heads of the tris. I guarantee you that min a matter of 3 months (with a good cycle) you can put on atleast 1 1/2" on your arms.

what many are forgetting to tell you is you can go to the gym and work the hell out of your bis all day and without a tricept you willl still have weak looking arms , your tricept makes up 2/3 or the arm so train it just as hard if not harder.

exactly

train those triceps. I got mine from a little over 17.5 to 19 and 3/4 with tren, food, close grip benches and hammer curls. All I did for my arms were close grips and hammer curls, oh and also tricep push downs.

Tris

yeah tris are my best bodypart, strength and size, I would say my bis are lacking. I totally understand the whole 2/3 ratio, this is my tri workout:

when I train tris first:

-close grip - 1 warmup - 4 sets 8-10
-behind the neck extensions - 4 sets 8-10
-pushdowns - change grip - 4 sets 8-10

after 5 weeks I train them second to bis, looks like this:

-dips - 4 sets max reps
-behind the neck extensions - 4 sets 8-10
-close grip pushdowns - 4 sets 8-10
-bench dips - 3 sets max reps

how does that look? I am 230lb, my partner is 288lb, my tris are as strong as his... he says my tris are my best looking bodypart as well.

flexed

I've always measured flexed, though I do not lift anything before hand, so it is a cold flex... I would imagine another 1/4 to 1/2 inch after an awesome workout...

Yup, this is excellent advice.

yep, those are two great ones, cg bench and rope pushdowns.

also, I love dips, I really focus on form(keeping my elbows into my body and really flexing out at the top of the movement(ie lock the arms out for a couple seconds at the top)

Tri's are king, they make arms. I look like I have big arms and I have pretty medium bi's but huge tri's.

I like to go with skull crushers (French presses). You can't lift as much as close grip bench, but you get better isolation especially if you are strict on form. When I hit failure I'll pump out a few close grips before I drop the bar. I've also found that chest and tris work well on the same day as there is cross over in dips and close grip benches depending on the fore you use. My chest workout is a good warmup for tris.

I don't have a peak on my bi's so I do a lot of preacher bench curls with dumbells. I have real wide bis and big ass tris. I believe that #1 ARM BUILDER IS HEAVY HEAVY WEIGHTED DIPS. I hang
2 or 3 45lbs plates from my belt and do 10 reps on the dips for 3 sets.

4 sets for 4 excersises is TOO MUCH for tris. I would do 3 excersies 3 sets each for 6-8 reps for building champion arms.
