40 yo. 5'11 228. Training long time. Was taking 2oomg per week. Hemacrit was 56 reduced to 100mg and gave blood anything I can do to be able to keep hemacrit down. Felt better at 200
 
Yah he just said he donated blood. No, there isn't much you can do. Sounds like your iron levels might be slightly high, 200mg a week shouldn't make that drastic of a difference.
 
Donating blood is the most effective way and can change levels immediately. As far as some other things you can do.

Avoid foods that are rich in Iron. Don't avoid them completely

Stay hydrated. Drinking water will help keep hematocrit levels normal.

Avoiding alcohol and caffeine because they act as a diuretic and can cause dehydration. Drinking more fluids

Eating a grapefruit everyday

Get more anti-oxidants
