2 weeks psycho cutting regimen

OMEGA

New member
training.....no lifting.....
just jogging twice a day for 30 minutes a pop

in the am on an empty stomach...and in the pm after the last meal.

only fruits and protien for food, and tons of water?

what do you think?

thanks gymtime

if you could narrow it down to the three most imporatnt sources of the carbs you recommend what would they be?

To me, you can't go wrong with oatmeal, multi-grain bread and brown rice. And no, I wouldn't worry about becoming a twig in two weeks. But if you're gonna go balls out for that period, sugar is a no-no, that includes fruit.

oh by the way its 2 days on 1 day off

so 2 double days in a row followed by one well earned rest day

tommorrow rest day

so this is day 2

It is important to remember that there are no quick fixes. Something that appears too good to be true most likely is.

If you want to shed as much fat as possible in a short period of time, the only non-catabolic way to go about it is by using gear or prohormones and restricting calories to very low levels (see Steroid Dieting and Fat Fast articles at T-Mag).

That said, you MUST lift - no if's or but's about that. AM cardio and PM lifting would be a much more sensible idea if you want to approach losing fat in this type of way.

dude. props. maybe I should try this out sometime.

seriuosly

I learned it from double days in football practice

once you can run about 3 hours a day in the summer heat with full pads on.......life seems simple.......lol

GYMTIME you are absolutley correct......

I have noticed that my metabolosm has already been high as of late due to the consistant lifting.....but I just want to try it out to see how much I BF I can drop in that short of a time......

when I started I had actually lost a bit of weight due to a clen stint from a little past ( maybe 2 months ago).....but that shit really took it out of me (energy that is, and calcium from my bones as well, and a little muscle mass too)

any way as for the 2 double days in a row that I am doing now naturally ........ that level of frequency really gets your endurance up...it just feels good for the whole body..cleansing in a way.....f

the 2 down falls I have noticed is that warm ups and stretching down even become more important and laborious since you run twice a day...

the second down fall get this.....is that I have more energy,, and sleeping can be kinda rough....

I am going to weigh in on next Sun and see the progess.

weight righ t now is

247

I have been slowly but surley re working my body compisition to where I was indeed 250 about ( edited)...2- months ago but I am a leaner and bigger 247 know as a apposed to a bulkier version of me.

Keep it comin OMEGA! You may talk some of us into "psycho-cutting" yet. I mean at some point I'm gonna take a week off of lifting anyway so why not???? (still undecided though)

OMEGA: Umm...you mean that there is no pizza on this diet? What about tacos? Meat and cheese only.. What about hamburger helper?

I don't think that this diet is the one for me.

B True

hey guys I know the diet seems harsh.......

but I think you have to psychologically prepare your self for it.........

as far as the diet I think of my self as like a cave man on a long trek.....all I do is jog to get to my destination which is

235

the only thing I have with me is small servings of fruit, and small servings of protien.

the fruit is just enough to keep me going when I really need it......and the protien is for muscle sparing.......

again the program is two days on one day off.........so really its not that hard.

the rest day is perfectly timed to give you back the energy you need to do it again...and again.....

as far as lifting I have been cheating just a little.

on day 1....I do 5 sets of pushups at night.

and

on day 2....I do 5 sets of bent over rows at night.

this helps maintain my strength in my arms , deltoids, and abdominal region

1.5 xenadrine at 5 am

1.5 xenadrine at 12pm.....

never thought about flaxseed oil???

is not olive oil good enough on salads??

i'veheard olive oil can make a good substitute, but still, nothnig like the real thing... good job on your results. Do you notice yourself looking a lot more defined?

definition yes

when you run, and esp..if you sprint in the end

muscles like your deltoids, and obliques really start showing more..
I partly am doing this to get over a nagging injury. or two.

running helps get your body working better I think....and helps heal things faster

Next time I take a break from lifting (which should be in about a month, just in time for summer-like weather) i'm gonna try this out..

Any other supplements you use? Just protein? Protein, fruit and water is all you consume?

1)one type of meal is only low GI fruits & a proitien drink

2) a second type of meal is chicken or lean meat on a bed of green vegitables with olive oil and vinegar

3) and water

thats it:)

240

in about 2 weeks I lost 7 pounds maybe more

I am happy

I might do this for one more week

I am going to make the transition to something just a cut above and a little more interesting after I decide when I will enter the next stage
:)

you guys might like it
