i am noticing my arms and legs falling asleep alot more since i started my cycle my arms fall asleep at least twice a night i am wondering if it has anything to do with the gear??? the other question is when i work out and strain realy hard on my last 2 or 3 in my set the back of my head and neck starts to hurt really bad i am wonderin if this is caused from the gear 2???
 
My arms used to do that, I'd wake up in the middle of the night with a dead arm, as far as neck and head hurting, do you mean like a headache sort of thing? if so, how are you breathing? deep inhale on the negative and exhale on the positive would help that.
 
im not sure how im breathin when ever i start to strain it hurts really bad though lol but its like every thing falls asleep way faster and easier
 
You shouldnt strain on lifting bro easy way to injure yourself, that's what spotters are for. i know what u mean about the arms falling asleep it was the same for me, hard to say if it was normal or not, i guess it was for me.
 
As far as breathing goes, take bench press for example, deep breathe in on the way down and exhale out on the way up. dont hold your breathe.
 
ok ill try it today when im at the gym ....i have a buddy i go with and he spots me and sh*t but some times the back of my head and neck will kill me ill have to go in the bathroom and put cold water on it and take a break for a few
